At FF Production, we put time, creativity, and professional effort into every project. Once an order is confirmed and payment is completed, we reserve time and resources specifically for your project.
No Cancellation After Payment
Once the payment has been successfully completed, the order cannot normally be cancelled and the payment is non-refundable, as work may begin immediately after payment.
Changes in Requirements
If you have a change of mind, change in creative direction, or want something different from the original brief, please discuss it with our team.
We genuinely care about delivering work that you are happy with. Reasonable changes based on the original project brief can be discussed and included through our revision process.
Revisions
We provide revisions to make sure the final video meets the agreed requirements and creative direction.
Revisions related to the original brief will be handled as part of the agreed project. Additional work or major changes outside the original brief may require an additional charge, which will be discussed with you before proceeding.
Technical Issues
If a technical issue occurs from our side that affects the delivery or quality of the project, we will work to resolve the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Client-Provided Materials
The client is responsible for providing the required footage, images, logos, brand assets, information, and other materials needed for the project. Delays caused by missing or late materials may affect the delivery timeline.
Exceptional Circumstances
If there is an exceptional situation where a refund or cancellation needs to be considered, FF Production will review the matter on a case-by-case basis, subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the project.
