FF PRODUCTION / POLICY

Terms & Conditions

The terms that apply when you access our website, submit a project, or purchase FF Production services.

Welcome to FF Production.

By accessing our website, submitting a project, or purchasing our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Our Services

FF Production provides professional video editing, creative production, AI video, motion graphics, social media content, and related creative services.

The exact scope of each project will depend on the package or service selected and the project brief submitted by the client.

2. Project Brief

Before work begins, the client should provide accurate project information, requirements, references, brand guidelines, footage, logos, text, and other necessary materials.

Our work will be created based on the information and creative direction provided by the client.

3. Payment

Payment must be completed according to the selected service or package before the project is started, unless a different payment arrangement has been agreed upon in writing.

Prices displayed on the website may change from time to time. The price applicable at the time of purchase will normally apply to that order.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Once payment has been completed and work has started, the order is generally non-cancellable and non-refundable, subject to applicable law.

Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for more information.

5. Revisions

We want every project to reach a result that the client is happy with.

Reasonable revisions based on the original brief may be included according to the selected package or service.

If the client requests a completely different concept, direction, script, or substantial change outside the original brief, additional charges may apply.

Any additional charges will be communicated before the extra work is carried out.

6. Delivery Time

Delivery timelines depend on the selected service, project complexity, client requirements, and availability of required materials.

Delays in receiving footage, information, approvals, feedback, or other required materials from the client may extend the delivery timeline.

7. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for ensuring that all footage, images, music, logos, fonts, text, trademarks, and other materials supplied to FF Production can legally be used for the project.

The client should not provide copyrighted or third-party material unless they have the necessary permission or licence.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, the final approved creative output delivered to the client is intended for the client’s agreed use after full payment has been received.

FF Production may retain working files, project files, editing timelines, templates, or production assets unless a separate agreement states otherwise.

Third-party assets, stock footage, music, fonts, AI-generated assets, plugins, or licensed materials may remain subject to their respective licensing terms.

9. Portfolio & Promotional Use

Unless the client specifically requests otherwise in writing, FF Production may display completed work in its portfolio, website, social media, showreels, or promotional materials.

If a project is confidential or subject to an NDA, FF Production will respect the applicable confidentiality requirements.

10. AI & Third-Party Tools

FF Production may use professional software, AI tools, plugins, stock libraries, and third-party services as part of the creative process.

The use of such tools may vary depending on the requirements of each project.

11. Communication & Approval

Clients are responsible for reviewing drafts and providing clear feedback.

Once a final version has been approved by the client, further changes may be treated as a new request and may incur additional charges.

12. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable and professional services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of our website, file-upload systems, payment providers, or third-party platforms.

Technical problems involving third-party services may occasionally affect project processing or delivery.

13. Limitation of Liability

FF Production will make reasonable efforts to deliver professional creative work according to the agreed brief.

However, FF Production will not be responsible for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including third-party platform failures, client-provided materials, internet issues, delays in client feedback, or incorrect information supplied by the client.

14. Changes to These Terms

FF Production may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be published on this website.
